ASD Training Team
What we offer:
0 – 19 year olds
Drop in Sessions – The drop in sessions take place twice a month in different children’s Centre’s across the city. They are for Parents/Carers or professionals wishing to talk in a private one to one setting. You do not require a diagnosis of ASD to attend but must have questions or concerns about the young person. The drop ins are not a training session and do not require an appointment.

Supporting Children and young people 5-12 years
Learning, health, wellbeing and enrichment activities for children and young people aged 5-12 years living with a Neurodevelopmental condition and their siblings to gain a better understanding of their needs and develop social and communication skills.
Delivered with our partners including The Black-E, we aim to provide fun and interactive opportunities through cookery, board games, LEGO, circus skills and creative arts workshops to improve self-awareness, self-management, gain confidence, improve co-ordination and develop social and communication skills in a safe and supportive environment.
If you would like more information about our work with Children and young people aged 5-12 years delivered on a Wednesday evening, please contact us. Booking is essential for these activities.
For parents, we offer a range of open access, pre, during and post diagnosis learning, health and wellbeing activities and support for parents, carers and extended family to better recognise, understand and meet the needs of their family living with Neurodevelopmental conditions.
